Delain L. Deatherage is a native of Middle Tennessee. She received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from Middle Tennessee State University and her law degree in 2001 from the University of Southern Illinois. Delain’s practice has been focused on personal injury and employment litigation, and she has tried numerous jury and nonjury cases in Tennessee state and federal courts. With her seventeen years of litigation experience, at both the trial and appellate court levels, Delain brings to the table an extensive knowledge of trial results, a recognition of the strengths and weaknesses of both sides of a dispute and a straightforward and unbiased approach to a case with the goal of achieving a fair resolution for all parties involved.

Stephen W. Grace

Stephen W. Grace is a native Kentuckian. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1988 and the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1991. After law school, Steve joined the Nashville law firm of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis where he practiced primarily employment defense work as an associate attorney from 1991 through 1998 and a partner from 1998 through 2003. At Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, Steve litigated employment and business disputes and counseled businesses about litigation defense and avoidance. In 2003, Steve left the partnership at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis to begin his own firm, where he has litigated for both plaintiffs and defendants in every type of case imaginable throughout Tennessee and Kentucky federal and state courts. Steve has tried more than 200 cases to conclusion in front of judges, juries or arbitrators in his nearly thirty years of trial practice. Steve focuses his practice on personal injury and employment discrimination litigation, for both defendants and plaintiffs. Steve is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in Tennessee and Kentucky, and he is a member of the Tennessee and Kentucky Bar Associations.
